SOUTHERN TIER IMPERIAL CHERRY SAISON

FARMHOUSE ALE/SAISON | 10.10% ABV

Loaded with cherry flavors, this Imperial Saison still seems to keep a firm grasp on the rustic flavors of the style. Perfect with roasted chicken or even beef perhaps, not mention some heavy, sweet deserts.

I agree. Beer is in a perfect match with food — especially beef and lamb. By the way, I’m not a big fan of cherry so does it have other flavors like apple or strawberry?

Cherry Saison – that sounds interesting. I’ve only tried one ST beer – the Pumking Ale; it was good. Very sweet and spicy, but good. I’d like to get my hands on this. Great blog, btw.

Wow, an Imperial Saison? Southern Tier’s Imperial Munich Helles called Krampus was awesome, as its not often you get such a clean lager malt profile mixed with a serious dose of resinous hops, but this Imperial Saison sounds even more interesting.
